Founded in 2018, LUXHOS is led by CEO Mirko Aru and CCO Luisa Pasella. Their careers are defined by a hands-on evolution from ground-level operations to global executive leadership. They have managed luxury assets across 4 continents for brands such as Le Méridien, Hyatt, Starwood, and Accor.
