LUXHOS was established in 2018 by our Managing Director Mr Mirko Aru and our CCO Mrs Luisa Pasella.
Their background in Hospitality Business is quite diverse and complement each other skills and competencies. Both have worked several years for the most reknown International Hotel Companies throughout the world such as Le Meridien, Hyatt, Starwood, Accor and many others in 4 different Continents.
Whilst the Managing Director has an Operational and Managerial background in the luxury segment, the CCO has an extensive background in the commercial side of the business focusing in Revenue, E-commerce and Marketing.
Over the last years LUXHOS Management Team has been involved in several leadership projects that have enhanced their experience into understanding clients needs.
